2016年7月24日～29日において開催された心理学分野における最大級の国際会議「The 31st International Congress of Psychology」（開催地：横浜）にて、「Confirmation of the current status of workplace exchange activities; association with recognition of workplace cohesiveness as well as with motivation for contribution」という題目でポスター発表いたしました。同発表では、職場交流の形式を示すとともに、職場の結束力との関係等が報告されています。
